Improvers ability Matwork classes, focus on STOTT Pilates principles, core strengthening, muscle balance and lengthening of muscles. A great workout of both mind and body. Pilates experience is useful, but not necessary. Space is limited so class size is no bigger than 6 people.

All participants must complete a medical form, if you have any injuries or health conditions or are a new beginner you need to arrive 10 minutes prior to class beginning.
