Small Group Matwork Classes
This is a small group class, with no more than 5 people to ensure clients receive the best modifications and pace. You will learn about the Pilates principles and taking you through the essential repertoire and move onto the Intermediate in time. Some Pilates experience would be helpful but not necessary. Otherwise just bring yourself and some comfortable exercise clothes :)
Small equipment, like toning balls, small weights, fitness circles, flex bands and blocks are used for postural alignment and to work specific muscles. The classes are available through Move GB or you can Book now.
* If you have any pre-existing health conditions, this should be noted before class starts and you will be required to send back the completed health form. As will all new beginners *
