Pilates for Cyclists Clifton

6.45pm PILATES FOR CYCLISTS (55 min class)

With Easter holidays, a couple of bank holiday Mondays, as well as my own holiday at the end of May, there will only be 2 Monday taster classes on 29 April and 13 May. Then there will be weekly classes on 10th June for a 6 week term.
The matwork Pilates class is aimed at those who are hobby or road cyclists, who want to improve strength, flexibility and endurance while on rides. Pilates is very beneficial both before and after a long ride, to strengthen core abdominal muscles, strengthen upper back extensors and legs for endurance and strength, prevent injury as well as flexibility, taking stress out of the lower back and neck. This Pilates workout can be challenging at times and previous Pilates experience is required.
