Pilates for Cyclists (small group) 6.30pm Wednesdays

Matwork Pilates class at home studio - no more than 5 people per group.

This is for those who are hobby or road cyclists. Commuters are welcome too, but the aim of the class is for those who would like to improve their strength, flexibility and endurance while on rides. This Pilates workout can be challenging at times and previous Pilates experience is preferred, however, not necessary. Modifications are always offered.

Any injuries or conditions must be noted on the medical form prior to arrival, for modification purposes, or book a 1:1 prior to joining the group class.
