Chessel Centre Tuesdays 6pm
This is a group Pilates Matwork class, where the STOTT PILATES Beginners Progress level repertoire is taught on an ongoing basis. You will learn about the Pilates principles and taking you through the essential repertoire and move onto harder exercises over the weeks. Some Pilates experience is useful to attend these classes, otherwise you’ll be required to attend a 1:1 or small group classes to catch you up.
The class is available through Move GB or you can Book now. You will be required to bring your own mat, some water and some comfortable exercise clothing and expect a workout on both mind and body :)
* If you have any pre-existing health conditions, this should be noted before class starts and you will be required to see me first for a 1:1 after sending me back the completed health form. And so will new beginners*
