This is a group Pilates Matwork class, where the STOTT PILATES Essential level repertoire is taught on an ongoing basis and is now an Improvers Ability class. You will learn about the Pilates principles and taking you through the essential repertoire and move onto harder exercises over the weeks. Pilates experience and understanding is essential to attend these classes, otherwise you’ll be required to attend a 1:1 or small group class to catch you up.
The class is available through Move GB or you can Book now. Mats are supplied on a first come, first serve basis, so some water and some comfortable exercise clothing and expect a workout on both mind and body :)
* If you have any pre-existing health conditions, this should be noted before class starts and you will be required to see me first for a 1:1 after sending me back the completed health form. And so will new beginners*
