Pilates Matwork for Cyclists at Business As Usual 7pm - every other Thursday

Matwork Pilates class for those who are hobby or road cyclists takes place ay 7pm every other Thursday🚵🏼‍♂️ The aim of the class is to improve strength, flexibility and endurance while on longer rides. Pilates is very beneficial both before and after a long ride, to strengthen core abdominal muscles, strengthen upper back extensors and legs for endurance and strength, prevent injury as well as flexibility, taking stress out of the lower back and neck. This Pilates workout can be challenging at times and previous Pilates experience is essential. Any injuries or conditions must be noted on the medical form prior to arrival, for modification purposes, or book a 1:1 prior to joining the group class.
